Softball Recap: Perkins-Tryon Demons vs. Bristow Pirates
After flying high against Classen SAS last Monday, Perkins-Tryon came back down to earth. The Perkins-Tryon Demons fell just short of the Bristow Pirates by a score of 6-5 on Thursday. The Demons were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Pirates apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in August of 2018.
Perkins-Tryon's loss dropped their record down to 5-15. As for Bristow, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 13-11.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Perkins-Tryon is on the road again on Monday to play Harrah at 5:00 p.m. Perkins-Tryon is facing Harrah at the right time seeing as Harrah is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Bristow, they will face off against Berryhill at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
