Sunnyvale can finally bid farewell to their four-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. They blew past the Ranchview Wolves 10-2. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for Sunnyvale considering their one-run performance the game before.

For Ranchview's part, Jordan Harms put in work while hitting and pitching. She struck out ten batters over seven innings while giving up three earned (and seven unearned) runs off six hits. Harms has been consistent recently: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in five consecutive pitching appearances. Harms was also big at the plate, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 3-for-4.

Harms wasn't the only one making solid contact as five players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was Natalia Madrigal, who got on base in three of her four plate appearances with a double and an RBI.

Sunnyvale's win ended a seven-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 7-15-1. As for Ranchview, they have been struggling recently as they've lost ten of their last 11 contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-20 record this season.

Sunnyvale does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Ranchview, they will head out on the road to challenge Community at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Community will roll in looking for their 14th straight victory, something Ranchview surely won't give up without a fight.
