Highlands has gone a perfect 3-0 against Summit Charter recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Highlanders are taking a road trip to face off against the Bears at 4:00 p.m. Summit Charter took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Highlands, who comes in off a win.

Highlands took a loss when they played away from home last Monday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Thursday. Everything went their way against Swain County as they made off with a 6-1 victory. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for Highlands considering their one-goal performance the match before.

Meanwhile, Summit Charter fell victim to Andrews and their airtight defense last Wednesday. They fell just short of the Wildcats by a score of 1-0. Summit Charter have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Highlands is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 9-7-1 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 29 goals over those eight contests. As for Summit Charter, their loss dropped their record down to 8-5.

Highlands skirted past Summit Charter 4-3 in their previous meeting back in September. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Highlanders since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
