While Corcoran's victory against Lindsay wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Panthers narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Cardinals 6-4. Winning may never get old, but the Panthers sure are getting used to it with their eighth in a row.

Corcoran pushed their record up to 19-4 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. Admittedly, the team didn't face the toughest opposition across those games, namely Lindsay, Strathmore, and Granite Hills. As for the Cardinals, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-11-1.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Corcoran will challenge rival Strathmore at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Lindsay is set to take on their familiar foe Granite Hills at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
