Volleyball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Camila Ayala and Trystan Harris Lead Southwest Guilford to Victory + How To Watch

There's no place like home for Southwest Guilford, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. Everything went their way against the Ben L. Smith Golden Eagles on Tuesday as they made off with a 3-0 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in August.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Southwest Guilford was: they took every set by at least 11 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-6, 25-3, 25-14.

Southwest Guilford was led to victory by Trystan Harris and Camila Ayala. Harris had nine aces, while Ayala had six aces. Those six aces gave Ayala a new career-high. Madelyn Prewette also deserves some recognition as she served her first ace of the season.

Southwest Guilford now has a winning record of 10-9. As for Ben L. Smith, they are on an 18-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-13.
