Softball Recap: Woodside Comes Up Short

Woodside lost against Bethel back in March of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Wolverines came up short against the Bruins, falling 14-3. The Wolverines have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Woodside saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Hannah Swift, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-2.

Woodside's defeat dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Bethel, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

While Woodside had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
