Soccer Recap: St. John Paul II Comes Up Short

After flying high against Rickards on Wednesday, St. John Paul II came back down to earth. The Panthers lost 3-0 to the Wakulla War Eagles on Thursday. If St. John Paul II were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to Wakulla when the teams met back in January, then they'll just have to keep looking.

St. John Paul II now has a losing record of 1-2-1. As for Wakulla, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. St. John Paul II will venture away from home to face off against Gadsden County at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Wakulla, they will head out to take on Leon at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
