Baseball Recap: East Grand Forks Makes It Five in a Row on the Road

East Grand Forks is still undefeated this season after their contest against Champlin Park on Friday, but Champlin Park came as close as anyone has to beating them. The Green Wave narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Rebels 4-2. Four seems to be a good number for the Green Wave as the squad scooped up a win with the same number of runs in their previous game.

East Grand Forks' victory was truly a team effort as three different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Jordan Nowacki, who went 1-for-2 with three stolen bases and one run. Those stolen bases were Nowacki's first of the season.
