Volleyball Recap: Vanguard Classical East Comes Up Short

Vanguard Classical East was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lone Star Longhorns.

Vanguard Classical East's loss dropped their record down to 9-11. As for Lone Star, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 12-7.

Vanguard Classical East didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 defeat against Denver Waldorf on the 18th. As for Lone Star, they have also already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Springfield on the 18th.
