Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Idabel). They took down the Hugo Buffaloes 67-52 on Saturday. Given the Warriors' advantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma basketball rankings (they are ranked 118th, while the Buffaloes are ranked 254th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Idabel is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.3 points per game. As for Hugo, they now have a losing record at 4-5.

Coincidentally, Idabel and Hugo will both be playing Broken Bow the next time they take the court. Idabel will host Broken Bow at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, while Hugo will head out to face them at 6:30 p.m. on January 14th.
