There's no place like home for the Tri-County Academy Rebels, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road on Saturday. They took their matchup at home on Tuesday with ease, bagging a 76-48 win over Carroll Academy.
Leading Tri-County Academy to victory were Dean Gibson and Cooper Johnson. Gibson scored 15 points along with 5 assists and 5 rebounds, while Johnson scored 24 points. Eli Tacker was another key contributor, scoring 8 points along with 5 assists and 5 rebounds.
Tri-County Academy pushed their record up to 2-6 with that victory, which was their fourth straight at home. As for Carroll Academy, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-4.
Coincidentally, the pair will both be playing Central Holmes Christian the next time they take the court. Tri-County Academy will host Central Holmes Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, while Carroll Academy will head out to face them at 7:30 p.m. on December 28th.
