Foothill lost to Golden Valley back in August, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Monday. The Trojans walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Bulldogs.

Despite the loss, Golden Valley still got an impressive performance from Sofia Amaya, who had 20 digs and one assist. Amaya is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 16 or more in each of the last three games she's played.

Foothill's win ended a six-match drought at home and bumped them up to 4-18-1. As for Golden Valley, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 13-15-1.
