Basketball Recap: Farragut Takes a Loss

Farragut was the 66-58 winner over Lighthouse College Prep Academy when they last played one another back in January of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Farragut Admirals took a 66-58 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lighthouse College Prep Academy Lions on Sunday. The Admirals just can't catch a break and have now endured four defeats in a row.

Farragut's loss dropped their record down to 3-12. As for Lighthouse College Prep Academy, their win bumped their record up to 5-17.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Farragut will host Carver at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Farragut is facing Carver at the right time seeing as Carver is stuck on an eight-game losing streak. As for Lighthouse College Prep Academy, they will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on La Lumiere at 3:30 p.m. on February 8th.
