Christian Cherry put up the most strikeouts he's had since back in May of 2024 on Thursday. He struck out six batters over 6.2 innings while giving up three earned runs off six hits. Considering he played a big game the last time he faced off against Canyon Springs back in April of 2024, the result shouldn't come as too huge a shock. Cherry has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances.
