Softball Recap: Grayslake North Knights vs. Grant Community Bulldogs
Grayslake North was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They fell victim to a rough 10-4 loss at the hands of the Grant Community Bulldogs. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Grayslake North of the 17-2 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in May of 2023.
Lauren Gaeding was cooking despite her team's loss, going 1-for-4 with a home run and two runs. The team also got some help courtesy of Brody Moormeier, who went 1-for-3 with a home run and two RBI.
