Soccer Recap: Frankfort Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Frankfort can now relate to. They fell just short of the West Lafayette Red Devils by a score of 2-1 on Wednesday. Frankfort were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced West Lafayette earlier this season, when they won 4-1.

Frankfort's defeat dropped their record down to 10-7. As for West Lafayette, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 8-10-1 record this season.

Frankfort does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for West Lafayette, they will face off against Benton Central at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
