Baseball Recap: Van Buren County Comes Up Short

Van Buren County lost against Mediapolis back in May, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Warriors came up short against the Bulldogs, falling 10-4. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Van Buren County's loss dropped their record down to 5-8. As for Mediapolis, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 12-1.

Coming up, Van Buren County is taking a road trip to square off against West Burlington at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Mediapolis, they will face off against Winfield-Mt. Union at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
