Anderson is 9-1 against Marion since April of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Indians will be playing in front of their home fans against the Giants at 5:30 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Anderson's last matchup with Connersville could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's matchup on Saturday. The Indians lost 15-5 to the Spartans. The Indians have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Branson Hemme was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-3 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one double. That stolen base was his first of the season. Another player making a difference was Hunter Anderson, who went 2-for-3 with two runs.

Meanwhile, after soaring to 14 runs the game before, Marion was a bit more limited in their contest on Saturday. They wound up with the same score they had in their last game (14-2), but sadly the team found themselves on the wrong side of the score this time. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss they have suffered against the Bearcats since April 23, 2022.

Anderson's defeat dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Marion, their loss dropped their record down to 2-10.

Everything went Anderson's way against Marion when the teams last played back in April of 2025, as Anderson made off with an 11-1 win. Will the Indians repeat their success, or do the Giants have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
