Xavier Hill Dazzles in Harrison Win
Starting off the list is Harrison's Xavier Hill, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Hill rushed for 108 yards and a touchdown, and also threw for 126 yards and a touchdown.

A Season-Best Effort from Christian Smith Leads Harrison over Mceachern
On Friday, Harrison got the W thanks in part to Christian Smith playing the best football he has all season. Smith wasn't messing around, picking up two sacks and making six total tackles. The match was his sixth straight with six or more total tackles dating back to last season.
Unfortunately for McEachern, this isn't the first big game they've seen from Smith. When Smith last faced the Indians back in October of 2023, he made 14 total tackles (2.0 for loss).

Rachid Bassinga posted a new career-high in rushing yards on Friday. He rushed for 79 yards and a touchdown on only six carries. He got the majority of those rushing yards when he took off on a run that went for an incredible 58 yards.
On the season, Bassinga has run in those 1 touchdown while averaging 35.3 rushing yards per game. He's made a big improvement compared to last season: at this point last year, he was only averaging 22.67 rushing yards per game.
