Baseball Preview: Monroe Golden Tornadoes vs. Turner County Titans
The Monroe Golden Tornadoes will head out to face off against the Turner County Titans at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Turner County took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Monroe, who comes in off a win.
Monroe will bounce into Monday's game after beating Sumter County, who they had gone 2-7 against in their nine prior meetings. Monroe narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past Sumter County 7-6. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Golden Tornadoes.
