Cartersville put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Holy Innocents Episcopal Golden Bears. The Hurricanes were shut out 2-0 the last time they took on the Golden Bears, so the Hurricanes were just returning the favor.

Cartersville's offense was headlined by Amara Ejieke and Riley Huff, who picked up six kills apiece. They got some help from Emma Wall and her 12 assists. Adelynn England controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Cartersville's victory bumped their record up to 10-0. As for Holy Innocents Episcopal, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-4 record this season.

Cartersville has already played their next contest, a 2-1 defeat against Mount Paran Christian on the 19th. As for Holy Innocents Episcopal, they are taking a road trip to challenge Decatur at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
