Basketball Recap: Hillcrest Jaguars vs. W.S. Neal Eagles
Hillcrest won the last time they faced W.S. Neal and things went their way on Thursday too. The Hillcrest Jaguars walked away with a 55-48 win over the W.S. Neal Eagles. That seven point margin sets a new team best for the Jaguars this season.
Leading Hillcrest to victory were J.T. Barlow and Dorian Watson. Barlow went 8 of 17 on his way to 19 points in addition to eight boards and four steals, while Watson posted 12 points along with six assists and six boards. Watson is trending in the right direction considering he's improved his point production for three straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Jamir Sharpe, who had seven points and nine rebounds.
