Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Overlea). They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Loch Raven Raiders on Wednesday, sneaking past 77-74. The Falcons haven't had any issues with the Raiders recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

Overlea can attribute much of their success to Justin Swanson, who posted 16 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Ken Ani, who put up six points.

Overlea's record is now 2-3. As for Loch Raven, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Overlea is set to challenge their familiar foe Perry Hall at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Loch Raven will face off against rival Towson at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
