On Saturday Hudson Reed tossed two innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off three hits. The performance marked the fewest hits Reed has had since back in February. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was his fifth in a row with less than two walks. For the year, he has an ERA of 5.25 over 8 innings pitched.
