River had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Bellaire on Tuesday. The Pilots were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Big Reds. The Pilots haven't had any issues with the Big Reds recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

River now has a winning record of 7-6. As for Bellaire, their defeat was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-10.

Coming up, River will be playing in front of their home fans against Caldwell at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Bellaire, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 3-1 loss against Martins Ferry on the 18th.
