It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Loyola Academy can now relate to. They lost 10-3 to the Oak Park-River Forest Huskies on Monday. The Ramblers' defeat signaled the end of their 12-game winning streak.

Loyola Academy saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Hunter Lewis, who got on base in all three of her plate appearances with one home run and two RBI. Lewis has been hot recently, having posted at least one home run the last three times she's played.

Loyola Academy's loss dropped their record down to 18-16. As for Oak Park-River Forest, the victory (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 29-8.

As of now, neither Loyola Academy nor the Huskies have any future games scheduled.
