Sylvan-Lucas had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 12.5 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. Everything went their way against the Tescott Trojans as they made off with a 49-28 victory. That 21 point margin sets a new team best for the Mustangs this season.

Sylvan-Lucas is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 4-4 record this season. As for Tescott, their loss dropped their record down to 4-3-1.

Sylvan-Lucas will venture away from home to face off against Natoma at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Tescott, they and Pike Valley will face off at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday without much rest having both just played.
