Providence Grove won the last time they faced Eastern Randolph, and Callie Hodges did her part to make sure it happened again. The Patriots walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Wildcats on Wednesday with plenty of help from Hodges, who had 24 digs and one assist. Hodges is crushing it when it comes to digs: she's had at least ten every time she's taken the court this season.

Providence Grove walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the fourth set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 18-25, 25-20, 25-14.

Providence Grove is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 6-4 record this season. As for Eastern Randolph, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-4.

Coming up, Providence Grove will venture away from home to take on West Davidson at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The contest will give the Patriots their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Eastern Randolph, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 3-0 loss against Randleman on the 8th.
