Baseball Recap: Albert Gallatin Takes a Loss

Albert Gallatin fell victim to Northern Garrett and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They came up short against the Huskies, falling 9-0. The Colonials have struggled against the Huskies recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost meeting.

Albert Gallatin's loss dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Northern Garrett, their win was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 6-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Albert Gallatin will head out to challenge Laurel Highlands at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The Colonials are facing the Mustangs at the right time seeing as the Mustangs are stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Northern Garrett, they will venture away from home to face off against Varsity Opponent at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday.
