Basketball Recap: Walnut Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Walnut can now relate to. They took a 50-46 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Philadelphia Tornadoes. The Wildcats' loss continues a trend for the squad, making it three in a row.

Walnut's defeat dropped their record down to 16-14. As for Philadelphia, they have been performing well recently as they've won 14 of their last 17 games, which provided a nice bump to their 18-9 record this season.

Walnut does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Philadelphia, they will face off against North Side at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday.
