Baseball Recap: South Bend Adams Comes Up Short

South Bend Adams was the 5-1 winner over Jimtown when they last played one another back in April of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Eagles fell 6-2 to the Jimmies on Monday.

South Bend Adams saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was WESSON HOKE, who went 1-for-3 with one double and one RBI.

South Bend Adams' defeat dropped their record down to 4-18. As for Jimtown, their victory was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 15-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. South Bend Adams will square off against Elkhart Christian Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
