United never let their opponents score on Thursday. They came out on top against the Penns Manor Comets by a score of 4-0. The win continues a trend for the Lions in their matchups with the Comets: they've now won eight in a row.

The team relied heavily on Connor Darr, who went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, one triple, and two RBI. That's the most stolen bases he has posted since back in April of 2024. Another player making a difference was Brendan James, who went 1-for-3 with two runs and one stolen base.

United's victory bumped their record up to 4-6. As for Penns Manor, they dropped their record down to 2-7 with the loss, which was their third straight at home.
