Soccer Recap: Raytown South Takes a Loss

Raytown South was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 8-0 to the Excelsior Springs Tigers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Excelsior Springs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 8-0 back in April.

Raytown South's defeat dropped their record down to 3-15. As for Excelsior Springs, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-9.

Raytown South has already played their next game, a 9-0 loss against St. Michael the Archangel on the 17th. As for Excelsior Springs, they will face off against Oak Grove at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
