Basketball Recap: Clyde Wins Going Away Against Columbian

Clyde hadn't done well against Columbian recently (they were 1-7-1 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Monday. The Clyde Fliers strolled past the Columbian Tornadoes with points to spare, taking the game 72-56. The Fliers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Tornadoes, too.

Clyde's win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 3-4. As for Columbian, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-7.

Clyde didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 75-58 loss against Perkins on the 3rd. Columbian has also already played their next contest, a 72-69 defeat against Sandusky on the 3rd.
