Softball Recap: Seton Catholic Falls to Ridgefield in First Game of Season

Seton Catholic kicked off their season on the road on Thursday and hit a couple of potholes. They fell just short of the Ridgefield Spudders by a score of 9-7.

Kylie McMaster was cooking despite her team's loss, scoring a run while going 2-for-3. The team also got some help courtesy of Kingsley Williams, who scored a run while going 2-for-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. A feisty cat fight will be fought as Seton Catholic Cougars challenge La Center Wildcats at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Ridgefield, they will challenge North Kitsap at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
