Gleason and Greenfield are an even 5-5 against one another since March of 2015, but likely not for long. The Bulldogs will be playing in front of their home fans against the Yellowjackets at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Monday just wasn't the day for Gleason's offense. They came up short against Union City on Monday, falling 6-0.

Meanwhile, Greenfield was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 15-0 to Dresden. That's two games in a row now that the Yellowjackets have lost by exactly 15 runs.

Greenfield's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Gleason, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-7.

Everything went Gleason's way against Greenfield in their previous matchup back in April of 2023, as Gleason made off with a 22-0 win. Will the Bulldogs repeat their success, or do the Yellowjackets have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
