Kenwood has gone 9-1 against Northwest recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Knights will take on the Vikings at 7:00 p.m. Kenwood hasn't scored more than 11 points for four games straight, a trend the squad is eager to reverse.

Kenwood's offense might be in the hot seat on Friday considering what happened against Pearl-Cohn on Friday. They lost to the Firebirds at home by a 19-0 margin. While losing is never fun, the Knights can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Tennessee football rankings (they are ranked 196th, while the Firebirds are ranked 31st).

Meanwhile, Northwest lost 45-19 to Dickson County on Saturday. The loss continues a trend for the Vikings in their meetings with the Cougars: they've now lost three in a row.

Kenwood now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Northwest, they now also have a losing record of 2-3.
