Kinston was handed a heart-breaking two-run loss in their last game, but they sure didn't let that happen against Andalusia on Thursday. Kinston was the clear victor by a 14-2 margin over Andalusia. Kinston might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 17 matches by six runs or more this season.

Kinston's win was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 23-7. The road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.2 runs over those games. As for Andalusia, they moved to 22-8 with that defeat, which also ended their five-game winning streak.

Coincidentally, Kinston and Andalusia will both be playing Florala the next time they take the field. Andalusia will head out to face Florala at 3:30 p.m. on Friday, while Kinston will head out to face them at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
