Volleyball Recap: Walsenburg Takes a Loss

Fans were treated to a battle of the Panthers on Saturday. Walsenburg took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Harrison. Walsenburg was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Harrison apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Walsenburg was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Harrison work for it, especially in the second set. The final score came out to 25-13, 27-25.

Walsenburg's defeat dropped their record down to 5-13. As for Harrison, their victory ended a six-match drought at home and bumped them up to 6-16.

Walsenburg didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Primero on the 29th. As for Harrison, they have also already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Coronado on the 28th.
