Guymon had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 4 goals) and they went ahead and made it four on Thursday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Guthrie Bluejays. For Guymon, this counts as revenge for the 0-0 victory Guthrie walked away with the last time they faced one another back in April of 2024.

Guymon's win bumped their record up to 7-4-2. As for Guthrie, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-8.

Coincidentally, Guymon and Guthrie will both be playing Western Heights the next time they take the pitch. The Bluejays will host the Jets at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Tigers will head out to face them at 7:30 p.m. on the 25th.
