Softball Recap: Lutheran Comes Up Short

Lutheran fell victim to Saint Mary's Hall and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They came up short against the Saint Mary's Hall Barons, falling 15-0. The Mustangs' loss continues a trend for the team, making it six in a row dating back to last season.

Lutheran's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Saint Mary's Hall, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-4-1.

Lutheran will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Sacred Heart at 6:00 p.m. on March 19th. Saint Mary's Hall also won't see the field for a while: their next match is against San Antonio Christian at 4:00 p.m. on March 24th.
