Football Game Preview: Ithaca vs. Wauzeka-Steuben/Seneca

After two weeks on the road, Ithaca is heading back home. On Saturday they take on Wauzeka-Steuben/Seneca at 1:30 PM. Each of these teams will be battling to keep a win streak alive as Ithaca skips in on four wins and Wauzeka-Steuben/Seneca on seven.

Ithaca made easy work of Riverdale last Friday and carried off a 41-12 victory.

Meanwhile, everything went Wauzeka-Steuben/Seneca's way against Kickapoo/La Farge as they made off with a 47-22 win. Followers of Wauzeka-Steuben/Seneca probably expected little less of the team in a season in which they have collected four blowout victories.

Ithaca ended up a good deal behind Wauzeka-Steuben/Seneca when they played the last time the two teams met, losing 6-21. Since neither squad is a stranger to landslide victories this season, you'd better bet it will be hard-fought showdown.
