Basketball Recap: Ridgeland Gets the Win

Ridgeland proved they can win big last Saturday (they won by 33) and on Tuesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They had just enough and edged the Allendale-Fairfax Tigers out 52-49.

Ridgeland has also been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a massive bump to their 3-7 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.0 points per game. As for Allendale-Fairfax, their loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 3-10.

Coincidentally, Ridgeland and Allendale-Fairfax will both be playing Denmark-Olar the next time they take the court. Ridgeland will host Denmark-Olar at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, while Allendale-Fairfax will head out to face them at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
