Volleyball Recap: Riddle Takes a Loss

Riddle had lost three straight at home, but on Tuesday they dropped down to 1-3 to make it four. They lost 3-0 to the Days Creek Wolves. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Irish of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

As for Days Creek, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-6. That three set margin sets a new team best for them this season.

Days Creek found their leader in freshman Mackenzie Davison, who had five aces. Those five aces set a new season-high mark for Davison.

Riddle has already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Camas Valley on the 18th. As for Days Creek, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Pacific on the 18th.
