Basketball Game Preview: Medicine Valley Raiders vs. Wallace Wildcats

The Medicine Valley Raiders will head out on the road to face off against the Wallace Wildcats at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Medicine Valley is coming into the match on a four-game losing streak.

On Friday, Medicine Valley opened the new year with a less-than-successful 53-40 loss to Alma.

While Wallace didn't have the best season last year (they finished 7-16), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They came out on top against South Platte by a score of 45-36 on Thursday.

Medicine Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Wallace, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season.

Medicine Valley came up short against Wallace in their previous matchup back in December of 2023, falling 53-44. Can Medicine Valley avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
