Soccer Recap: Sheridan Takes a Loss

After flying high against Lakewood on Thursday, Sheridan came back down to earth. The Generals fell 6-4 to the Tri-Valley Scotties on Tuesday. Xavior Weisbarth-Rodgriguez probably wasn't too happy after the game: he scored every single goal for Sheridan and still walked away on the losing team.

Sheridan now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Tri-Valley, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-3-2.

Sheridan didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Miami Trace on the 4th. As for Tri-Valley, they will head out to challenge Northridge at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Northridge will aim to continue their four-game streak of scoring more goals each matchup than the last.
