Flag Football Recap: Pittsburg Takes a Loss

Wednesday just wasn't the day for Pittsburg's offense. They fell 13-0 to the Heritage Patriots on Wednesday. While losing is never fun, the Pirates can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California flag football rankings (they are ranked 162nd, while the Patriots are ranked 33rd).

The critical scores for Heritage came from Jaycelin Smith and Payton Ladrido.

This is the second loss in a row for Pittsburg and nudges their season record down to 13-9-1. As for Heritage, they pushed their record up to 16-2 with the victory, which was their seventh straight on the road.

As of now, neither Pittsburg nor the Patriots have any future games scheduled.
