Volleyball Recap: Diller-Odell Comes Up Short

Diller-Odell was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Hanover Wildcats. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Griffin of the 2-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Aidan McKinney paced Diller-Odell's offense, picking up seven kills. McKinney got some help from Berkelee Beekman and her eight assists.

Diller-Odell's loss dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Hanover, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 20-3.

Diller-Odell has already played their next match, a 2-1 defeat against Frankfort on the 27th. As for Hanover, they will be taking part in a tournament against Sacred Heart at 11:00 a.m. on Monday.
