Softball Recap: Hilton Head Island's Luck Changes for the Better on Tuesday

Hilton Head Island came into Tuesday's game having lost 19 straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They never let the Bishop England Battling Bishops get on the board and left with a 15-0 victory on Tuesday. The Seahawks' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Shalaya Fennel made a splash while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, tossing three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Fennel was also big at the plate, going a perfect 1-for-1 with one triple, one run, and one RBI.

In other batting news, Hilton Head Island got a massive performance out of Sania Pinkney, who scored three runs and stole Three bases. while going 2-for-2. Another player making a difference was Sophia Brown, who scored three runs and stole Two bases. while going 2-for-2.
