Lake Highlands has gone 10-0 against Berkner recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Lake Highlands Wildcats will look to defend their home court against the Berkner Rams at 7:00 p.m.

Lake Highlands is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering Dallas Jesuit just ended the team's five-game winning streak on Tuesday. They received a blow as they fell 67-49 to the Rangers.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Berkner). They really took it to MacArthur for the full four quarters, racking up a 79-52 victory. Winning may never get old, but the Rams sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Lake Highlands' defeat was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 7-1 and their overall record down to 21-7. As for Berkner, they pushed their record up to 18-10 with the win, which was their fifth straight on the road.

Lake Highlands didn't have too much breathing room in their match against Berkner in their previous meeting back in December of 2024, but they still walked away with a 71-65 victory. Will Lake Highlands repeat their success, or does Berkner have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
